What is the purpose of GivingTuesday?

GivingTuesday reimagines a world built upon shared humanity and generosity. Our global network collaborates year-round to inspire generosity around the world, with a common mission to build a world where generosity is part of everyday life

Did you know that African American babies die at three times the rate of a White baby before their first birthday? But there is HOPE!!!

Belinda K. Grant, Executive Director

Sapphire De’Bellott, Project NAF Outreach Worker

Project NAF provides HOPE (Healing and Hope Opportunities with Preventive Education) to African American pregnant and postpartum women enrolled in the Project NAF (Nurturing Asheville & Area Families) Program. This includes HOPE Boxes filled with supplies for Moms, Babies and their Family with educational information to impact Maternal and Infant Mortality.
